All-on-4 – Fast and Effective Full-Arch Implant Treatment
All-on-4 is a fast and highly effective implant treatment designed especially for patients who have lost all teeth in one or both jaws. The method is particularly suitable for patients with reduced bone volume, as it often eliminates the need for complex procedures such as sinus lift, bone grafting, or advanced surgery.
The treatment is individually planned after a thorough examination of the jaw and oral structures. Once suitability is confirmed, a fixed full-arch prosthesis can be placed on 4 or 6 implants on the same day as the surgical procedure.
Before treatment, customized temporary prostheses are prepared based on detailed measurements and impressions. The surgery is performed under local anesthesia. Any remaining teeth are extracted if necessary, the implants are placed in the jawbone, and a custom-made temporary fixed bridge is attached immediately. This allows the patient to leave the clinic with functional, fixed teeth the very same day.
After approximately three months, when the implants have fully integrated with the bone, the temporary bridge is replaced with a permanent prosthesis. At this stage, the treatment is completed, and the patient regains full comfort, chewing function, and a natural-looking smile.
